WeAreAustin.com -- It's getting easier to recycle in the state. Texas is now the third state in the country to offer "a bag's life", a recycling program for plastic bags across the Texas.

Through messages like "don't treat me like trash" and "gimme a second chance" organizers hope to encourage everyone to reduce, reuse, and recycle their grocery bags and other items.

This statewide campaign also has a website with drop off locations, an app for your cell phone, and video contests.
